If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to assist with easy returns, exchanges, and cancellations.If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

  • Payment Issues: If payment is not successfully processed, your order will not be shipped or delivered.

  • Order Cancellation:
    • If you no longer wish to proceed with your order, please cancel it via our website / Email or over a call .
    • Prepaid Orders: You can cancel prepaid orders within 2 days of placing the order for a full refund.

Who Pays the Return Shipping Charges?

  • Free Pickup: If your area is serviceable by our logistics partner, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup within 2-5 business days of your request.
  • Self-Ship: If pickup isn’t available, please send the product using a reliable courier. Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and has all tags intact. We’ll reimburse the shipping cost upon receipt and approval.

Refund & Processing Time

  • Approval & Refund Initiation: Refunds are initiated within 48 hours after the returned product passes quality checks.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will reflect in your account within 3-5 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Exchanges & Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Products: Exchanges for ready-to-ship items will take 12-14 days after receiving the product and quality checks.
  • Made-to-Order Products: Exchanges for made-to-order items will take 18-24 days, after receiving the product and quality checks as they are crafted specially for you.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

  • Ineligible Returns: Products that are altered, damaged, torn, or missing tags are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at wecare.kahaani@gmail.com or +91 9090010127 within 48 hours of delivery with images of the defect for faster resolution.

Important Notes

  • Sale Items: Items bought on sale or with discounts are eligible for exchange.
  • COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued via bank transfer or as store credit once the COD option is activated and the payment is successfully received.
  • Repeated Returns: We reserve the right to review multiple returns from the same customer for future eligibility.
